Physiotherapist / Clinic Manager
Jasfe is a foreign trained Physiotherapist from the Philippines. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Physical therapy from Mariano Marcos State University in 2001. She has been practicing in Canada since 2010. Since then, she has been busy taking some courses with the Mckenzie Institute International Center for Postgraduate Study in Mckenzie Method (MDT), Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. The method is a system of evaluating and treating the Spine as well as extremities developed by Robin Mckenzie, and is being practiced extensively throughout the world. She also took introduction to acupuncture course recently. Jasfe has been treating all age groups with musculoskeletal conditions especially low back pain and neck pain, sports injuries and repetitive strain injuries. She believes in correctly understanding and arriving at the right diagnosis before treating her patients. Her treatment involves manual therapy, appropriate exercises, patient education and use of certain modalities if needed. She has a wide experience with treating and handling private patients, MVA’s and WSIB clienteles. Jasfe is constantly taking courses to further her knowledge and skills in order to attain the best quality of patient care possible.
On her free time, she likes to do jogging and bicycling with her family. She also practice yoga and working out with her favorite DVD. Jasfe is also a member of Philippine Working Group (PWG) International Center for Disability and Rehabilitation (ICDR) affiliated with University Of Toronto. She is also a co- founder of the Society of Physiotherapist with a Foreign Credentials (SPFC) which is a non-profit organization, helping those foreign trained PT’s obtain their Independent practice in Canada.

Registered Massage Therapy
Renju Thomas has been interested in massage ever since he came to Canada. He like to call him as Thomas or Tom. He is a Physiotherapist from India. He is preparing for his exam to become Registered Physiotherapist. Thomas took the course and graduated from Royal Canadian College of Massage therapy and received licence in 2016 to became Registered Massage therapist. His hobbies are gardening, listening to music and a Pet lover too. Passionate about expanding his knowledge, Thomas recently became certified in Reflexology.
Still looking to pursue lots of courses to enhance his knowledge. Depending on individual needs, Thomas incorporates non-Swedish massage techniques, such as myofascial release, joint play, and range of motion throughout the treatment to maximize the therapeutic benefits of your time. Thomas creates a safe environment for the client to talk about muscle and joint pain and also includes your opinion in the treatment plan. He is very mindful of what techniques and pressure you’re comfortable with and will give you home care to aid in continuing the therapeutic experience.
Registered Kinesiologist
Vince graduated from the University of Guelph Humber with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He is also registered with the College of Kinesiology of Ontario. Vince is passionate and dedicated to the health and wellness of his patients and has an appreciation of the human body and how it functions. Vince will create individualized exercise programs for his patients and assist them in achieving their fitness and rehabilitation goals.
Registered Massage Therapist
Jane has graduated from the Royal Institute of Science and Management (Ontario) and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Jane is not any average Registered Massage Therapist, she is exceptional in her field and has an extensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Jane is also an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and is currently studying TCM – Traditional Chinese Medicine. Over the years she has mastered many techniques including deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, Swedish massage, hot stone massage, Shiatsus massage, cupping and much more. Jane has experience working in a rehabilitation clinic environment with medical doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors and acupuncturists providing safe and effective massage for different types of MSK conditions.
Jane has been working with the MCI Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Clinics since 2015. She is an active caring listener and tailors individualized therapeutic massage treatments based on her client conditions and needs. Jane is passionate by her work, has a very active life style and loves travelling with her family.
Registered Physiotherapist
Sonya graduated from the University of Toronto with a Masters of Science degree in Physiotherapy after completing a Bachelor of Science degree at York University. She is a member of the Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Sonya is a firm believer in lifelong learning and continues to pursue post-graduate studies. She has successfully completed the Level 1 Advance Diploma in Manual and Manipulative therapy certification.
Sonya has extensive experience in treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions using joint mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, therapeutic taping and client-specific exercise prescriptions. Early into her education, Sonya developed a passion to understanding the science of injury and rehabilitation for the human body. She believes that empowering her clients with the knowledge about the cause of their injury, and self-management to prevent re-injury are key tools to rehabilitation.
Sonya is eager to meet and help you reach your therapeutic and personal goals. She is committed to developing an evidence-based, individualized treatment plan for her clients. During her free time, Sonya enjoys participating in Zumba and yoga fitness classes, cheering on the Raptors and hanging out with friends and family.
Registered Massage Therapy
Payal has been in the wellness industry for 10 years as a Registered Massage Therapist. She is a driven Massage Therapist who loves her profession and always works her hardest to provide the best possible care for her patients. Payal graduated from the National Institute in 2016 and is also trained in CPR and First Aid. Payal is able to provide Hydrotherapy, Swedish Massage techniques, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, relaxation therapy and deep tissue massage.
Payal has a passion for sharing knowledge with her patients especially with regards to postural correction and an individualised exercise and stretching program. Payal focuses her treatments with a goal of making her clients feel better as soon as they walk out of treatment.
Registered Physiotherapist
Taranpreet Dang is a registered physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy degree in 2011. Her work in various hospital settings, private clinics and with the community care has given her experience in treating patients of all age groups successfully. Taranpreet is certified with The Orthotic Group which makes her an expert to work with custom orthotics for your feet.
Taranpreet is constantly striving for the best outcome for her patients. Her strength is in setting reachable goals, and then working together with the clients to achieve them. For this she stresses on patient education and communication. Her aim is to treat the root cause of the problem and not just the symptoms.
Outside of the clinic, Taranpreet likes to read and spend time with her family.
Registered Physiotherapist
Ellen graduated from McMaster University in 2012, where she received her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy. Prior to this, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on Business Ethics and Legal Studies from the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado.
Ellen was a member of the Canadian junior gymnastics team and attended the University of Denver on a four-year varsity gymnastics scholarship. It was through these experiences that she initially became interested in Physiotherapy and the role rehabilitation and health plays in activities of daily living and return to sport.
Ellen is currently registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Her certifications and courses include, level 1 Manual Therapy, McKenzie Part A, APTEI Shoulder Complex, Neuro-Proprioceptive taping and core strengthening and rehabilitation techniques.
Chiropractor
Dr. Uravi Shah completed her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in June of 2012. While in her fourth year at CMCC, she also completed her certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. Since graduating, she has had a fulfilling career of treating patients of all ages and assisting them in resolving a multitude of physical injuries/complaints. Having battled with migraines for most of her life, she was drawn to pursue chiropractic as a means of helping those suffering from chronic headaches in the same way that chiropractic has helped her. Prior to entering CMCC, Dr. Shah attended McMaster
University where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Honours. While at McMaster, she received a scholarship to volunteer and assist at a pediatric facility in India.
She practices diversified chiropractic and employs a variety of soft tissue techniques, modalities, kinesiotaping, cupping therapy, acupuncture and exercise prescription as adjuncts within her therapeutic protocols. She also continuously strives to expand her knowledge within her field through additional courses, literature and experience. In her free time, Uravi enjoys dancing, weight training and reading.
Victoria graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Toronto. Prior to this, she completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University with Provost distinction. She is passionate about orthopaedic physical therapy and enjoys collaborating with patients to reach their goals through the use of education, individualized exercise programs, and manual therapy. She is an avid life-long learner and has taken courses on soft tissue release, K-taping therapy, and has completed Level 1 of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopaedic Division courses. She plans to progress through further advanced manual therapy levels and continues to explore other educational opportunities to better serve her patients. She also has an interest in neurological physical therapy and has completed a course on Bobath perspectives and clinical application.
In her spare time, Victoria enjoys fitness and weight training and has a background in ballet, having danced for 15 years herself. Through ballet, she has had opportunities to provide assessment, mentorship, and feedback to other dancers on their technique. This experience has given her an eye for detail and a passion for analysis of human movement.

Swati has 9 years of experience as a Physiotherapist treating orthopedic conditions and has also obtained a specialization in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. She is great with her patients and truly cares about your numerous pelvic conditions (urinary incontinence, constipation, Vaginisimus, Dyspareunia and much more!).
Registered Massage Therapist
Dr. Stephanie Kim is committed to helping people be pain free and live healthier lifestyles.
She received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree summa cum laude from the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago in 2000. She also holds an honors undergraduate degree in Pharmacology from the University of Toronto. In addition, Dr. Kim has extensive acupuncture training encompassing: Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China, National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, and McMaster University’s Medical Acupuncture Program in Hamilton.
Dr. Kim provides unique inter-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment options which include a combination of chiropractic, acupuncture, Active Release Technique, athletic taping and area specific exercises. She has over 20 years of experience in treating both acute and chronic conditions in all ages.
Dr. Kim strongly believes in healthcare partnerships. She endeavors to listen to and educate patients on their health conditions and enjoys collaborating with patients and their other healthcare providers.
When she is not at work treating patients, she is a busy mom of two wonderful kids.
Soroush has obtained his Masters’ degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. With a special focus in Musculoskeletal care and rehabilitation of orthopaedic injuries, Soroush has gone to great lengths to further his education and practice in order to help his clients achieve the best outcomes. A knee injury he sustained while playing soccer gave him a new perspective on injury and rehabilitation post-surgery, as well as the importance of return to sport and activity.
Completing courses in Soft Tissue Release and persistent lumbo-pelvic pain management techniques, he has been able to combine manual therapy (hands on), modalities, and exercise to help improve the lives of his clients and return them to their previous activities and favourite hobbies. He is a big believer in the active approach and movement as a way of rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, Soroush spends his time following the Leafs, Raptors, Toronto FC, and Bayern Munich FC as well as working on his educational platform, PT Business Corner, to help improve business education in the field of physiotherapy.
Chiropractor
Dr. Hoda Motazedi graduated from York University in 2004 obtaining an honors bachelor degree in Biology. She then went on to pursuing a career in Nuclear Science and Radiation at University of Ontario Institute of Technology and soon after graduation started working at Ontario Power Generation. While in school she was actively involved in patient care and was working at a Diabetic Wound Care Unit at North York General Hospital in Toronto. She was assisting the medical team in performing minor surgical procedures and post-surgical would cleaning and healing procedures. She would encourage patients to develop self-management skills that would improve their health status and quality of life to reduce risk of diabetes related complications. Understanding the pain a patient undergoes in the struggle to acquire a healthy mind, body and soul in that period of time became a source of motivation for her to pursue Chiropractic Medicine to help patients towards improving their health and lifestyle. She graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2014.
Dr. Motazedi diagnosis and treats Neuro-musculoskeletal conditions using evidence based Chiropractic care with a wellness approach to help patients recover. Physiotherapist
Shikha completed her Bachelors in Physical Therapy in 2007. Shikha is a dedicated Practitioner looking to utilize talent and experience to render quality healthcare service to the clients. She is registered with the College of Physiotherapy Ontario and is in good standing. Shikha is trained in Vestibular Rehabilitation; assessing and treating dizziness and vertigo issues, kinesio taping and custom orthotics/bracing. Shikha’s treatment philosophy includes hands-on manual therapy combined with tailored exercise regimen targeted to achieve all of the patient’s goals. She uses a variety of manual techniques including joint mobilization and soft tissue techniques to improve joint mobility, tissue extensibility, and restore function.
Patient education and communication are an integral part of Shikha’s practice. Shikha’s goal is not only to provide effective rehabilitation but also to successfully prevent future injuries from occurring.
